Refund Policy

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition and we’ll exchange or refund it.

Unless faulty, this should be within 28 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.

Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Products that can`t be returned or exchanged

Perishable goods such as raw meat, other food items, due to the very short timescale involved in processing produce orders, you cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been placed.

When returning your item, the way you originally paid for the purchase will determine how you are refunded.

Credit or Debit Card

If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.
